Born and raised in Brampton, Gary attended Sheridan College where he received a Diploma in Business Marketing. Upon graduating, he spent the next seven years in corporate sales until his entrepreneurial side came calling and he opened the first of numerous successful businesses. In 2008 while residing in Caledon, Gary founded Terra Cotta Tree Care that expanded to include a team of professional employees. Gary’s passion for trees and beautifying country properties was recognized by Mike Holmes who invited him to be his personal arborist and appear with him on numerous episodes of his popular TV show.

In 2017, while recalling a poor experience with a real estate agent, Gary committed to becoming a REALTOR® as he felt that home buyers and sellers could benefit from his professionalism and integrity. In 2019, Gary became a REALTOR® and began providing professional real estate services to his many satisfied clients.

Gary recognizes that his clients want to live in the countryside to experience less stress, less crime, less traffic, more space and cleaner air. Gary excels in the buying and selling of country and estate homes not only due to his ability to understand his clients’ needs but also because of his knowledge of trees and landscaping. Not surprisingly, these last two components make up a large portion of the overall value of country properties. Gary has never understood why a buyer or seller would seek professional opinions on the condition of structures, utilities, wells & septic systems but not trees and landscaping. Gary’s expertise in these two areas may make the difference between an exceptional experience and a lacklustre one.
